What to contact us about

• Orders and shipping

  Include your order number (it looks like BT-000123) and, for a problem with the product, a photo. See the Refund & Replacement Policy and the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

• Claiming a BuildTag or a transfer

  Tell us what you see on the screen. Never email your private claim link or code: we will not ask for it.

• Your account, billing or Pro plan

  You can cancel Pro yourself from your profile page under Manage billing (see the Subscription & Billing Terms). For anything else about your account or a charge, email us from the address on the account.

• Copyright and other rights complaints

  Follow the steps in the Copyright Policy. You can also use the Report build button on any public build page.

• Privacy requests

  To ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted, email us. You can download a copy of your data and delete your own account from your profile page. See the Privacy Policy.

• Shops, dealers and business accounts

  Use the business contact form or email us.

• Reporting something wrong on a build

  Use the Report build button on the page. Our Community Guidelines explain what is not allowed.
